Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT.
We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp, and other various forms of payment.
We operate on the honor system and and understand that budgets are tight and that is why we don't ask for payment up front.
We appreciate your consideration when making appointments that you are mindful of our practitioners times and schedules. If you commit to an appointment and need to cancel without rescheduling, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that you may change your mind but please don't feel bad. We don't mind and will appreciate your honesty and candor if you decide we aren't the right fit or you just aren't ready. This allows for our practitioners to make that space available for other appointments.
While we love what we do, this is a business and we need to work to provide for our families too!
If an emergency comes up and you need to reschedule, that isn't a problem either. After the second cancellation/rescheduling we will ask that you pay for your appointment at the time of scheduling.
We very much appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this policy. Life happens and we want to make sure we are as flexible as possible with our clients while protecting our schedules and time as well.
