We are located at 4 Wilsey Square in Ridgewood, NJ. Our center is located upstairs and the entrance can be found between Pazzazzed (gift shop) and West Side Deli.

Parking is located directly across the street and around the building. It is metered Monday-Saturday with a limit of 3 hours. You must pay at kiosk or on ParkMobile app. You can also park on Washington Place which is located around the corner off of W. Ridgewood Ave. It is 2 hour non-metered. If you park for longer than 2 hours, you will receive a ticket.

Please be mindful of time and park for 15-30 minutes past scheduled duration of appointment. 11 Eleven Healing LLC and its indpendent practitioners are not responsible for any parking violations incurred by clients or customers.

It doesn’t matter how you dress but if you can, come in comfortable attire and COME AS YOU ARE! Just be you. Bring something to drink and depending on the time and duration of your session, make sure you have eaten. Substance and caffeine free for at least 12-24 hours will maximize the clarity and effectiveness of your experience but is not required. Most importantly, come with an open heart and a flexible mind.

Unfortunately we are not equipped for HA. We only have stairs with no elevator. We are able to perform in home appointments and are available for virtual appointments as well. We apologize for this inconvenience as we support our disabled and special needs community.

Appointments are scheduled online through Calendly or directly through Renee Guzzardi. Payment is not required at time of scheduling. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please let us know ASAP. We hold those appointment times for you without a deposit and ask for the courtesy of advanced notice if you feel you may need to reschedule for any reason. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the start time and wish to reschedule, we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to hold the next appointment. If it is canceled a second time with limited notice, we will charge a $5-$50 fee depending on the type of session scheduled. For any appointment scheduled moving forward, we will ask for full payment to protect our time which is valuable.
